Erimah Home Improvements is a property development company owned by Eric Sipho Dube, the love for the building industry set a premise for the establishment of the company. Although the business was established in 2001, it was officially registered in 2011 after having managed various building projects and successfully executing as per client scope on time and on budget.

OUR VISION
To Empower as many up and coming builders and provide them with skills required to be successful in the industry.  Alleviate unemployment by employing mostly youth sourced from reputable TVET colleges in Gauteng and surrounding areas. Be CETA (The Construction Education and Training Authority) accredited by end of 2018.

OUR MISSION
To provide and deliver excellent quality service to our customers, on time at reasonable costs and source material from reputable service providers. Partner with government to build low cost quality housing and source resources from same communities.

BEE LEVEL
The entity is classified at Level 1 Contributor .  The company is 100% black owned.

OUR TEAM
We have a team of Builders, Plumbers, Electricians, Engineers, Architectures, Painters, Pavers, etc, the list is not limited to the above.  Bulk of our services are subcontracted under strict supervison.

NHBRC
We are fully compliant and registered with NHBRC, Registration number: 11555
